Detective Khairul Malik is harbouring a secret, one that even his girlfriend, Aisya, isn’t privy to. Matters are complicated by the discovery of a twenty year old corpse, which sets into motion a string of deadly events. His life is upended when he meets Sofia, a girl who has the ability to foretell a person’s death. When she predicts a horrific tragedy, Sofia comes to the attention of the police and the scion of an insurance magnate, Lokman Nazir. Intrigued by Sofia’s peculiar gift, Malik convinces her to work with him to save lives, but their good intentions result in tragedy. Meanwhile, the delivery of a tape causes turmoil in Malik and Aisya’s relationship as her dark secret begins to unravel.

After being pushed into a river by the hit-man out to get him, Black makes his way back to the Mahkota masquerade ball in search of his nemesis, 419. Sofia helps Lokman to identify a potential murderer, only to realise the culprit is a man from her past who is seeking justice for his son - a victim of the Seri Setia Mall collapse 20 years ago. The case is linked to Borhan’s investigations of a murder that happened two decades ago, while Black is certain it is connected to 419’s location.
