Season 1
DC Rob Brady and Trainee DC Billie Fitzgerald respond to a gruesome scene: a man found stabbed multiple times and left hanging from a tree. DS Vivienne Cole expects to lead the investigation but is shocked when DI David Bradford takes over, as he has been on leave since the disappearance of his wife.
Season 2
In Series 2, the mystery of the disappearance of DI Bradford's wife comes to a head.
Season 3
After off-duty police officer Sgt. Ian Durrant finds a dead man at the wheel of his van, the detectives link the victim to a woman who was killed while in police custody. As DC Rob Brady was the one who discovered her dead, the case affects him deeply. When Trainee DC Billie Fitzgerald finds a connection to a murdered young cop, DI David Bradford suspects the killer could be a police officer.
Season 4
Detective Inspector David Bradford has always been a maverick, but his behavior is spinning out of control. When Detective Sergeant Vivienne Cole pulls him up on his conduct, he announces that their professional relationship is over – and then he goes AWOL. When Vivienne tracks David down and demands he explain his behavior, what he reveals knocks her sideways.

I enjoy crime and mystery shows, this one started off in the right direction, then it went south really quickly. A word of advice to the writers and producers, leave the drama out of your script, it is unnecessary to the story, all it does is offend some people and alienate others.
If you feel the need to inject the "smut" as part of your story line, remember how divided this world is as far as moral values are concerned. The encountering of a crime and the solving of the mystery is what brings viewers back for more.
I give this TV show two stars (**---) nothing more.
