Season 1
Nash Bridges, an Inspector in the San Francisco Police Department Special Investigations Unit (SIU), poses as an undercover computer chip buyer to bust a ring that stole $2 million worth of chips. Along with Evan Cortez, his young new partner, they exchange phoney city money with Ferguson, who has the chips; but Ferguson gets away.
Season 2
Nash investigates a judge's murder, and unwittingly triggers an Internal Affairs investigation. The Internal Affairs cops go bad, and only Nash Bridges and the SIU can stop them.
Season 3
Nash and Joe help FBI Special Agent Katz recover a Suburban full of stolen FBI weapons. Joes sets Nash up on a blind date with his nanny.
Season 4
Nash discovers his life savings is gone when his accountant invests in a deal cooked up by "Bombshell" Tamara Van Zant. While trying to remodel the bathroom himself, Joe burns down his house and takes Nash up on his offer to move into Lisa's. Nick decides to take scuba lessons.
Season 5
When a controversial Latina actress is shot and killed, suspicion turns first to her former lover, then to a crazed stalker. Evan comes back to work after surgery, but Cassidy wants nothing to do with him. Caitlin moves in with Nash, and causes strife between her and Nick.
Season 6
An old nemisis of Nash's breaks out of prison. Joe finds a new house through Ulla, makes an incredible deal on it, but it turns out to be a disaster. Harvey's new partner, Antwon Babcock, joins the SIU.
