In the old west fighting between cattle and sheep herder went on for years until they ran out of bullets then they had to watch out for Snagglepuss the stealing lion. So the sheriff sends for El Kabong.

This is the story of Cactus Cecil who was determined to rob a bank in the old west, and he uses El Kabong to make it happen.
