Airline is a fly on the wall television programme, produced in the United Kingdom that showcases the daily happenings of passengers, ground workers and on-board staff of Britannia and later EasyJet. The show was broadcast between 1998 and 2006 on ITV, is often repeated on ITV2 and shown on syndication on Pick TV. The programme's success sparked a US version of the series, following American low-cost airline Southwest Airlines.

In Newcastle, larger-than-life local radio presenter Neil Caven wins a trip to Prague, but needs tranquillisers before he can board the plane.

Reggae singer Mikey Dread turns up late for his plane and tries to strike a deal with Leo Jones over new tickets. Meanwhile, travellers try to win free flights by scoring goals against former England goalkeeper Peter Shilton, and pilot Adrian Johnson arranges a surprise for his wife's birthday.

Company founder Stelios Haji-Iannou visits the team to celebrate easyJet's 10th anniversary and party animal Bob Brain is determined not to miss the lavish London bash, despite putting in a full day's flying first. Luton manager Leo Jones rubs shoulders with the stars at a West End premiere.
