Kristian Digby sets out to find the perfect house swap for the Garratt family, who want to swap their five-bedroom family home in Leicestershire permanently for a house in their favourite county, Norfolk. Stephanie and Nick Lewin's enormous home, Islington Hall, is a grade 2 listed building with 12 bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a ballroom. Having bought the house six years ago to run as a guest house, they now want to move to a smaller, more manageable property. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it is up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations, will they decide to swap homes for good?
