Season 1
The players from the defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens leave their homes and arrive at training camp.
Season 2
New Cowboys coach Dave Campo explains his rules for training camp to the team. Several players tensions rise for a spot on the 53-man roster. There is also a look into the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders bond.
Season 3
The K.C. Chiefs enter training camp under coach Herm Edwards. The team must deal with a battle at the QB position, a hold out by a star player, and many players fighting for positions.
Season 4

The cinema verité series focuses on the daily lives and routines of players and coaches as the Houston Texans, who play in the hard-nosed AFC South, conduct the franchise's 14th training camp and prepare for the 2015 NFL season. “Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Houston Texans” chronicles second-year head coach Bill O'Brien and an intriguing mix of high-profile veterans, emerging stars, free agents and rookie hopefuls throughout training camp and the four-game preseason schedule. Each week, players experience drills, instruction, meetings and fun, while striving to prove they have what it takes to make the team and leave their mark on the NFL. The Texans are a team on the rise, with O'Brien improving the team's record from 2-14 to 9-7 in his first season at the helm.
Season 11
The NFL meets Hollywood as the Rams move to Los Angeles with little time to spare in their quest to build an NFL roster and establish a new tradition in Southern California.
Season 12
In season twelve, the focus is on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a team on the rise that many expect to contend for the NFC South crown. Coached by Dirk Koetter, who guided the team to a 9-7 season last year, the Bucs are led by second-year QB Jameis Winston. In training camp, Winston will join team veterans, rookies and free agents as they try to prove they have what it takes to make the team and leave their mark on the NFL.
Season 13
Training camp begins as 90 players compete for 53 spots, but all eyes are on QB Baker Mayfield. General manager John Dorsey and head coach Hue Jackson welcome a new batch of veteran acquisitions, including QB Tyrod Taylor and receiver Jarvis Landry.
Season 14
Everybody wants to be a Raider--now see what it takes to become one. Under second-year head coach Jon Gruden, the team has an intriguing mix of established veterans, highly regarded rookie hopefuls and free-agent acquisitions.
Season 15
The fifteenth season of this sports reality series chronicles the preseason of two Los Angeles-based NFL franchises. The season follows head coaches Anthony Lynn of the Los Angeles Chargers and Sean McVay of the Los Angeles Rams leading a mix of established veterans, free-agent acquisitions and rising stars on both sides of the ball.

Training Camp with the Detroit Lions chronicles head coach Dan Campbell as he enters his second season leading the team and an intriguing mix of young emerging stars, established veterans, free agent additions and highly-regarded rookie hopefuls throughout training camp and the preseason.

Embedded camera crews at the Jets’ training camp in Florham Park, N.J. chronicles third-year head coach Robert Saleh preparing his team of young emerging stars and prominent veterans – most notably, four-time NFL MVP, Aaron Rodgers, Offensive and Defensive Rookies of the Year Garrett Wilson and Sauce Gardner, and defensive All-Pros C.J. An unprecedented, all-access look at the Chicago Bears, led by 2024's first overall draft pick, QB Caleb Williams, in their training camp.
Season 20
"Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Buffalo Bills," will explore Buffalo's ramp-up to another highly anticipated season. Buffalo is the favorite to win the AFC East, and the Bills are among the top bets to make a run to the Super Bowl.
