Dana White: Lookin' for a Fight

When Dana White took over the UFC in 2001, one of the new UFC President’s first tasks was to scour the MMA backwaters searching for undiscovered talent to sign to the UFC. White hasn’t scouted talent in person for over a decade - but with childhood friend Nick “The Tooth” and the irrepressible Matt Serra in tow - Dana hits the road once again in search of potential UFC superstars. This is the pilot episode “Dana White: Looking for a Fight.”

Matt Serra, Din Thomas and UFC President Dana White pack a summer's worth of fun into a trip to White's vacation home in Maine, with go-karts, demolition derby, drag racing, lobster rolls, a hot dog eating contest and more. After all that, the guys check out a fight card that surprises them with its entertaining bouts and promising athletes.

UFC President Dana White and former champion Matt Serra visit Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with Din Thomas. They check out a street fair, swim with dolphins, and taste tequila. Then they check out some local fights to scout UFC prospects, including a cousin of the Pettis brothers, with UFC welterweight Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone.

Dana, Matt and Din venture to Austin, Texas to hang with craftsman Jesse James and filmmaker Robert Rodriguez. They're also going to check out the famed food truck scene and then scout a loaded LFA fight show. Dana White: Lookin’ for a Fight season 4 episode 1 presented by DEVOUR Frozen Foods.

Matt Serra and Din Thomas tour the desert outside Abu Dhabi on camelback, ATVs and sand surfboards. They join Dana White and Khabib Nurmagomedov at a local MMA event, where they discover multiple athletes… plus announcer and chef talent to boot.

UFC President Dana White, Matt Serra, and Din Thomas head to Denver, Colorado. They learn how to cook Rocky Mountain Oysters and make ice cream before Matt and Din test their courage on the Terror-Dactyl. Then Matt and Din head to Empower Field to take punting lessons from Sam Martin of the Denver Broncos. Finally, they scout the fighters at Fury FC 53.

UFC President Dana White, Matt Serra, and Din Thomas head to Boston, Massachusetts. They visit Dana's old boxing gym and stop by his favorite local restaurant. Plus, the gang heads to Calvin Kattar's fighting promotion, Combat Zone MMA to scout new Octagon talent.

Dana White, Matt Serra, and Din Thomas return to Toronto for a cold plunge, scale the CN Tower, explore Niagara Falls and Bird Kingdom, before a night of intense action at Unified MMA 55.

Dana White, Matt Serra, and Din Thomas return to TAMPA for a GOAT yoga and US Coast Guard training before a night of intense action at The Korean Zombie's promotion Z Fight Night.
