Miss Universe 1969 Dahlia Rodriguez-De Veyra throws an intimate dinner party to celebrate the centennial birthday of her late mother, who was crowned Miss Philippines 1939 and Manila’s last Carnival Queen. Leading the guest list are her three headstrong daughters who are all international beauty pageant titlists, with the youngest son being a transwoman whom the domineering Queen Mother disowned, ultimately tearing the family apart. In her attempt to reconcile with her daughters, will Dahlia be able to bring her family back together, or will it only reopen old wounds and reveal three generations of secrets and lies?

Ten days before the celebration of her late mother's birth centenary, beauty queen Dahlia Rodriguez-De Veyra learns that two of the three children-the eldest and the youngest-have yet to confirm their attendance. Anxious of how things are going unplanned, the Queen Mother threatens to cancel the event. Coming to the rescue her Girl Friday, Precy, enlists the help of the middle child in locking down the guest list.
