Loser is a 2020 ZEE5 Telugu Original series starring Priyadarshi, Annie, Kalpika, and Shashank. Set between 1980 and 2000, this sports drama narrates the story of 3 players struggling to succeed in their game, each during a different time frame, and their lives eventually colliding with each other.
Seasons
Season 1
Set in three different timelines, the story unfolds about Suri Yadav (2007), a rifle shooter, Ruby Shabana (1993), a badminton player, and Wilson (1985), a fast bowler. The financial, monetary, and familial conflicts the three players face impact their game.
Season 2
Suri Yadav gets a new job in the railway department. John expresses his desire to become a cricketer, but his father discourages him. Rubi Shabana decides to fulfil her former coach Chenchulayya's wish.
User Reviews
The cast is perfect and the screenplay plays the major role. Direction, cinematography, music, performances have done well. Dealing a sports backdrop subject with different screenplay is not so easy and the output is Superb.
